Wwii 1943 British Army Steel Helmet Liner Chinstrap

Wwii. Offered for auction here is this british army wwii steel helmet complete with liner & canvas chinstrap. This is a nice example helmet from the era itself. There is some minor wear/rubbing here & there (to be expected of course) butotherwise a good example with no dents or really bad points. The helmte rertains the vast majority of its original drab green finish. There are some stampings/marks on the actual helmet itself (38 something see photo) and the liner is dated 1943 (see photo).

Liner has some wear/signs of use which (again) is to eb expected from a field item of the era. Again no maker's markings on the canvas chinstrap but it too is from the period.

A very nice collectable example & a super item for the re-enactor, display, prop, museum, etc. It is offered for a very low price indeed & will be sent as always extremely well packaged to the winning bidder.
